I Ann Mumford of the County of Clinton and State of Iowa do make declare and publish this my last will and testament in words as follows to wit:
First It is my wish that after my death all of my just debts be paid including the costs of Administration.
Second - I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter
Elizabeth Mumford the South half of the North West quarter of Section twenty {20} Township Eighty two {82} North of Range four {4} East of the 5 P. M. the intention being to devise to my said daughter Elizabeth the {80} acres of land owned by me in my own right and not joining to the farm on which I live whether the above numbers are correct or not to here and to her heirs forever.
To my son
Michael Thomas Murry I devise and bequeath ten acres out of my undivided half of the South East quarter of the North East quarter of Section seventeen {17} Township Eighty-two {82} North of Range four {4} East 5 P. M. I nominate and appoint as sole executor of this my last will and testament my son Michael Thomas Murry and I hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made. Witness my hand this 5 day of November 1880.

William Kreim clerk of the District Court in and for said County do hereby certify that on this date at the September term A. D. 1887 of said Court the Will and instrument in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date on the 27th day of August 1879 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last Will and Testament of the real and personal estate of Ann Mumford late of said County deceased and was by said Court ordered to be recorded as such Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at my office in Clinton in said County this 19th day of Sept. A. D. 1887.
