I Elizabeth McFadden of Clinton Iowa being of sound and disposing mind knowing the uncertainty of life do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills.
1st. I first decree that all my just debts by paid and my burial expenses and a suitable monument erected over my grave. I appoint P. (or T) McDonnell my Executor herein.
2nd I give devise and bequeath all my property of whatever kind and nature to my daughter Minnie McGloon.
Dated this 15th day of May 1886 at Clinton Iowa. Witness my hand this day affixed in the presence of witnesses.

I, William Kreim clerk of the District Court in and for said county do hereby certify that on this day at the April Term A. D. 1887 of said court the will and instrument in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date on the 15th day of May 1886 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the late Will and Testament of the real and personal estate of Elizabeth McFadden late of said county deceased, and was by said court ordered to be recorded as such will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at my office in Clinton in said county this 21st day of April A. D. 1887
