First I direct that after my death my body be treated with Christian burial according to my station in life. That all my just debts and liabilities be fully paid and discharged.
Second having no children or direct heirs of my body I give devise and bequeath to my brother Louis Fox all my estate both real and personal of which I may die seized of all and every kind whatsoever to have and to hold the same forever. Likewise I make constitute and appoint my friend Frank Schneider to be the executor of this my last will and testament and direct that he may qualify without giving any bond as is in such case provided by law hereby revoking and making void all other wills of any kind by me at anytime heretofore made.
Witness my hand this 20th day of October, 1887

The above instrument was signed by the said George Fox in our presence and he at the same time published and declared the same to be his last will and testament and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses thereof this 20th day of October, 1887

I William Kreim clerk of the District Court in and for said County do hereby certify that on this day at the Nov. Term A. D. 1887 of said Court the will and instrument in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date on the 20th day of October 1887 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of George Fox late of said County deceased and was by said Court ordered to be recorded as such will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto at my hand and affixed the seal of the court at my office in Clinton in said County this 5th day of Dec. A. D. 1887.
