I Isabella M. Bucher of Clinton Iowa make my last Will as follows:
1 I devise give and bequeath unto my two daughters
Susan Bander and Eleanor Robison all the estate and property of every kind real and personal which I may own or be in any manner entitled to at the time of my death to have and to hold the same to them their heirs and assigns forever in equal parts share and share alike except as hereinafter provided.

2- Whereas I am liable as endorser upon a promissory note made by my son-in-law
George G. Bander to the Farmers & Citizens Savings Bank of Clinton Iowa for the sum of two thousand dollars. Now in case I shall be obliged to pay said note or any part thereof or in case I should be liable upon said note or any note given in renewal thereof at the time of my death then I desire and direct that such sum if any that I may pay by reason of such endorsement be taken and deducted from the one half of my Estate above given to my said daughter Susan and I hereby give the same to my said daughter Eleanor so that my said daughters may have an equal benefit from my property.

3- I appoint my said daughters Executrixes of this will and exempt them from giving bonds for the execution of such trust and I revoke all former will by me made.  Signed this 2nd day of February 1887.

The above instrument was at the date thereof signed by said testatrix and by her declared to be her last will in our presence and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names hereto as subscribing witnesses.

William Kreim, clerk of the District Court in and for said County do hereby certify that on this day at the January Term A. D. 1888 of said Court the will and instrument in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date in the second day of February 1887 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of Isabella M. Bucher late of said County deceased and was by said Court ordered to be recorded as such will and testament.  In witness whereof I have hereunto at my hand and affixed the seal of the court at my office in Clinton in said County this Fourth day of January A. D. 1888.
